Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the website and related information services operated by Syntegon Technology Limited ("Syntegon Technology Limited", "we", "us"), trading as Syntegon Technology.
Your use of the Site is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies we publish. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
Professional technology services—including consulting, software delivery, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and managed support—are supplied only under a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work, order form, or master services agreement). These Terms do not replace that contract; where they conflict, the written agreement prevails for the services it covers.
Service provision & timelines
Syntegon Technology Limited will perform contracted services with reasonable skill and care. Dates and milestones are planning estimates unless expressly stated as fixed obligations. Delays caused by Client dependencies, third-party platforms, force majeure, or changes in scope are not a breach where we have used reasonable efforts to mitigate.
Fees, expenses & third-party charges
Fees, taxes, and expenses are as set out in your order documentation. You are responsible for licensing, usage, or support charges billed directly to you by cloud providers, software vendors, or telcos unless we expressly resell those items to you under separate terms. Late payment may suspend work or access in line with the underlying agreement.
Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Unless your agreement states otherwise, deliverables created specifically for you and paid for in full may be licensed for your internal business use as described in the statement of work. General methodologies, tools, libraries, and know-how developed or refined by Syntegon Technology Limited remain ours, provided we do not use your confidential information except as permitted.
Third-party products & services
Implementations may rely on third-party software, APIs, or cloud regions. Your use of those products is additionally governed by the relevant vendor terms.
If you procure or use third-party services in connection with our work:
- You accept vendor terms directly with the supplier where required, and you acknowledge that we do not control vendor roadmaps, outages, or pricing changes.
- We are not liable for losses arising solely from third-party failures except where mandatory law provides otherwise or we have assumed a specific commitment in writing.
Accounts & access
Where we need administrative access to your systems, you will grant least-privilege credentials and notify us of material environment changes. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for the acts or omissions of your users.
You must safeguard passwords, keys, and tokens. Misuse of access granted to us may result in suspension of services to protect all parties.
Termination
For website-only use we may suspend or withdraw access where necessary for security or legal reasons. For contracted services, termination, notice, transition assistance, and exit fees are governed exclusively by the applicable services agreement.
Disclaimer
The Site and any illustrative tools (for example calculators) are provided "as is" for general information. Syntegon Technology Limited disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from professional services except as expressly stated in a signed engagement.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
Unless your services agreement specifies otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from use of the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes to contracted services require agreement through your commercial paperwork.
